Short answer. Agentic commerce is software agents buying and selling on behalf of people and businesses: ordering goods, paying for services, renting capacity. Agents run on compute, compute runs on power, and both sit on assets someone owns and financed. Commertize is built for the owners of those assets, and for the agents that read about them.
An agent acts for a person or business within limits the principal sets.
An agent's work is inference, and inference is GPU-hours drawing megawatts. Capacity is a physical asset that someone owns, finances and contracts out.
In a contracted GPU fleet, any cash flow would come from customers paying under signed contracts for the machines' capacity, not from protocol incentives. Nothing on this page states or implies a rate of return.
An owner of a fleet, a data center or a power project could issue interests in the vehicle that owns it. The investor would hold a security recorded in their own name on the issuer's register, with transfers restricted by the security's terms and by securities law. Commertize is tokenization infrastructure for the owner of an asset, who becomes the issuer.
Energy infrastructure has its own page, compute and GPU assets use the intake in section 03 of OmniGrid, and the other classes are on /tokenize; real estate is one example among them.
Built for people and for their agents. The platform, readable by your agent. Your agent asks; the desk answers you. Today an agent connects over the public web: it reads the public listings feed, published news and commentary and llms.txt with no key and no account, and it can put a question to the desk, which answers the person it acts for. Listings are informational only, not an offer.
On Commertize an agent reads and asks; it does not transact, pay or subscribe.

An agent's work is inference, and inference is GPU-hours drawing megawatts. Capacity is a physical asset that someone owns, finances and contracts out. The machines sit in data centers, the data centers draw on power projects, and each of those is owned by an operator and financed by lenders and investors. That is where agentic commerce meets asset ownership.
An interest in a vehicle whose cash flow comes from customers paying under signed contracts is an investment. The investor would hold a security recorded in their own name on the issuer's register, with transfers restricted by the security's terms and by securities law. The vehicle, not the investor, would own the machines and hold the contracts.
For a new tokenization, Commertize charges a flat fee per project, set by the complexity of the structure and not by the asset's value or the size of any raise: $15,000, $25,000 or $50,000. Moving an existing register on-chain is quoted in writing as a flat fee before work starts. All terms are subject to a signed engagement.

Commertize is not a law firm, and it does not provide legal, tax or investment advice.
